• Please provide correct and complete information when ordering
• Do not misuse the website or try to harm its security

2Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph every product honestly. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary by a small margin. If you are unsure about a size or quality, message us before ordering and we will guide you truthfully.

3Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices are shown clearly before you order, with no hidden charges
• Prices and offers may change, but a confirmed order stays at the price agreed at the time of order
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available

4Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted only after we confirm it by WhatsApp, phone, email or website message. If an item is out of stock, or there is a clear price or listing error, we will tell you honestly and offer a replacement, a new price or a full refund. You will never be forced to accept it.

5Shipping and delivery

We deliver across Pakistan and to international destinations. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather or holidays. For international orders, customs duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the customer. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6Returns and refunds

Our easy return, exchange and refund process is explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

7Bulk and group orders

Special rates are available for travel groups, agents and gifting. Bulk prices, quantity and delivery date will be agreed with you in writing (for example on WhatsApp) before we begin your order.

9Your privacy

We use your name, phone number, address and email only to process your order and support you. We never sell your information. Please see our Privacy Policy.

10Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying products as described. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as courier problems, natural events or wrong addresses provided by the customer. Our responsibility for any order does not go beyond the value of that order.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page. Orders you place after an update are covered by the updated terms.

12Resolving problems and governing law

If you have a complaint, please talk to us first. We will always try to reach a fair solution that pleases both sides. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
