Careful packing, honest delivery times and clear tracking, so your Hajj and Umrah essentials reach you safely and on time.

Our promise

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤَدُّوا الْأَمَانَاتِ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهَا

بے شک اللہ تمہیں حکم دیتا ہے کہ امانتیں ان کے حق داروں تک پہنچا دو۔

Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due.

Surah An-Nisa 4:58

وَأَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ ۖ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْئُولًا

اور عہد کو پورا کرو، بے شک عہد کے بارے میں سوال کیا جائے گا۔

And fulfil every commitment, for every commitment will be questioned.

Surah Al-Isra 17:34

يَسِّرُوا وَلَا تُعَسِّرُوا

آسانی کرو، سختی نہ کرو۔

Make things easy and do not make them difficult.

We treat your order as a trust (amanah). We pack it with care, tell you honestly when it will arrive, and keep our delivery promises.

Delivery times and charges

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is confirmed and dispatched. Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.

From order to your door

  1. Order confirmed. We confirm your order and delivery address by WhatsApp, phone, email or website message.
  2. Packed with care. We check every item for quality and pack it securely. This takes 1–2 working days.
  3. Dispatched. We hand your parcel to our courier and send you the tracking number.
  4. Delivered. The courier delivers to your address. Please keep your phone on to receive their call.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number on WhatsApp, SMS or email. You can also message us any time to check where your parcel is.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. COD is not available for international orders.

International orders

We ship to many countries. Customs duties, import taxes and local clearance charges, if any, are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

Hajj and Umrah season

Before Hajj and during Ramadan, orders are very high and couriers are busier than usual. Please order early so your items reach you before your travel date.

If something goes wrong

Damaged or wrong item

  • Record a short video when you open the parcel
  • Message us within 48 hours with photos or video
  • We replace it or refund you, and we pay the shipping

Delay or lost parcel

  • If your parcel is late, message us and we will follow up with the courier
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund in full

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address and phone number when ordering. If a parcel returns because of a wrong address or because no one received it after several attempts, re-shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Changing your order

You can change your address or items before we dispatch. Message us as early as possible. Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed.
